My husband and I were ready for this big purchase when we contacted BobKat. We were looking to buy when COVID hit and for one reason or another waited until now. I first worked with Bob and Kat in 2017 on a particularly complicated real estate sale
when my client, who was widowed with two minor children after her husband died unexpectedly, had to sell her family home. The sale was challenging because my client was a reluctant seller and the property needed some care and maintenance to garner the best
possible price. Bob and Kat were kind and patient with my client throughout the entire sale process. They were instrumental in resolving concerns about some significant deferred

Go With Team Bedbury!  When we decided to sell our home of 35 years, we sought a  recommendation for a Realtor from a Property Management professional we had worked with that we trusted and knew to have integrity. I am overwhelmed writing this review because there are so many great things to say and I want my review to be genuinely helpful to anyone looking for a realtor.  This was our second time both selling and buying with BobKat (so four total real estate transactions).So, as far as selling, they were just beyond helpful in that they came out when we were just considering that we might want to move and walked through our home at the time to identify and prioritize what improvements to make while we were searching for a better house for us.  This really took some of the pressure off when we had to GO after we went into escrow on our new home.  They handled getting quotes and hiring and scheduling all the vendors (in our case paint, staging, cleaning, but in the past they have handled more than that for us).  They sold our house before it even went on the market, for 7.5% over asking, all cash offer, in November 2022.  Remember, this was when the real estate market as a whole was screeching to a halt.  I believe they were able to do that because their network is so wide and so deep, and their marketing savvy is unparalleled.  So many of our friends said “Oh, you got so lucky!”  Nope, you don’t need luck when you work with Bob and Kat, they’re just the best at what they do.When it came to buying, they were always there to take us to look at home, and go back for a second look, or maybe a third.  We were OF COURSE nervous about the instability in the market, and they were so honest with us about what they can and cannot control, and never stingy in their expert advice.  They negotiated a below-asking price for us, and got some concessions we wanted thrown in as well.  We genuinely feel that Bob and Kat look after their clients like family.  I have a friend they told not to buy a particular home (even though it would obviously be in Bob and Kat’s interest to get the deal done) because it wasn’t the right home for them.  They don’t view any business they do as a one-time transaction, they know a strong relationship is the priority, which ultimately benefits their clients.  And I guess having done four transactions with them, we’re proof of that!

I met Bob and Kat via a referral. I was in the process of house hunting during the housing frenzy in 2021. The first time we met Bob, he was removing the sold sign from the house we had just purchased. Before we were introduced to Bob and Kat, we were beginning to think our one-of-a-kind property might be too difficult to market and sell.
