Born in the East Bay and a lifelong Bay Area native, Teagan brings a deep understanding of the region and a rare blend of operational and sales experience to the Bedbury Group. Before stepping into her role as an Operations Manager for a high-performing Peninsula team, she began her real estate career as a full-time agent, quickly proving her talent by closing over $20 million in her first year.

Her early foundation in sales shaped her belief that genuine connection, integrity, and exceptional service are the true hallmarks of a client-focused profession. Today, those values guide the way she streamlines operations, enhances systems, and supports clients and team members with precision and care.

Teagan’s passion for helping people is at the core of everything she does. Whether optimizing the backend or assisting clients through major milestones, her goal is always to create a seamless, elevated experience. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, running, hot yoga, and life in Redwood City with her husband and cats.
